INFIRMARY

Coxa: a place of healing?
Coxa is the all-purpose pharmacy, doctor's office, and hospital for Star Center. It sits on Floor Two of the facility and is run by The Doctor. The infirmary is where all characters arrive and leave, as well as the source of all medical supplies and care.

Most of Coxa is a standard infirmary room with beds and the resources for basic care. When characters are injured or ill they can come here to be taken care of. In the care of The Doctor, all injuries and illness can be fixed for a price -- even death. For more information on character death, please see the FAQ. A guide for healing pricing is as follows:

Small Cuts, Burns, & Bruises: 100 tickets
A Cold: 500 tickets
Moderate Cuts, Burns, & Bruises: 1,000 tickets
Moderate Illness: 1,500 tickets
Life-threatening Injury or Illness: 2,500 tickets
Resurrection: 5,000 tickets

Resurrections can be done on credit. Additionally, characters who die will be revived regardless of if another PC takes care of it. The infirmary NPCs will do it on their on after an hour or so, and the charge will be on the character's "tab". Characters can split the costs.

The Pharmacy
If your character cannot or will not get healing from The Doctor, they are welcome to purchase their own medical supplies from the pharmacy within Coxa. A rough price guide is as follows:

Advesive Bandages: 50 tickets
Cold Medicine: 110 tickets
Sutures & Needles: 150 tickets
Splint: 300 tickets
Crutches: 600 tickets

Not Sure of a Price?
You are welcome to assume prices vary for both healing and supplies. Use the above guides to give you an idea and then go from there. Just keep in mind that all prices will end in a 0! You do not have to get mod approval for every price. However, if you're unsure of how to price something, don't be afraid to ask the mods! You can also drop an IC price question here and hash it out with the Doctor himself!

Quests from The Doctor
If your character is lacking in money, they can ask the Doctor for a ticket quest. Quests range from simple fetching or delivery runs to difficult things like VR room puzzles or tasks that require you to interact with other player characters. The Doctor is likely to give more difficult or objectionable quests with higher payouts than the other two NPCs. Comment ICly to this post to get a quest!
